CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-22 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP, SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT AND <br /> IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 5808, THE DIAMOND <br /> COLLECTION, DIAMOND PROPERTIES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract <br /> 5808, The Diamond Collection, have been submitted and <br /> checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary <br /> inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City <br /> Council at its meeting of January 19, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the final map is consistent <br /> with the Pleasanton General Plan; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br /> Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 5808, The Diamond Collection, are hereby approved <br /> and accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said approval. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5808, with Diamond <br /> Properties, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 19, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None T/HR~.i~~ <br /> ATTEST: ~{.__-- <br /> KENN MERCER, MAYOR <br />~. a er, i y lerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> Peter D.
