CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-21 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ANADOR VALLEY JOINT <br /> UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP OF THE <br /> AMADOR THEATER AND ACCEPTING THE DEED THEREFOR <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Amador Valley Joint Union <br /> High School District, regarding transfer of ownership of <br /> the Amador Theater to the City of Pleasanton, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The Grant Deed from Amador Valley Joint Union High <br /> School District to the City of Pleasanton for Amador <br /> Theater is hereby accepted and the appropriate City <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 19, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: :: .~__-- <br />/~ames R.
