CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-18 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH JOHN NICOL AND <br /> ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN OF IMPROVEMENT8 FOR AQUATIC CENTER <br /> PATIO AND LANDSCAPING, PROJECT NO. 85-85 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and John Nicol and Associates, <br /> regarding design of improvements for the Aquatic Center <br /> Patio and Landscaping, Project No. 85-85, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the <br /> above-described agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 5, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None E~H./RJ~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KE MERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br />yJames R.
