RESOLUTION NO. 88-15 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING SALE OF BONDS <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1987-1 <br /> KOLL CENTER PLEASANTON <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> The City Council accepts the offer of Miller & Schroeder <br />Financial, Inc. (attached to this resolution and by reference <br />incorporated in it) to purchase all of the improvement bonds to be <br />issued in Assessment District 1987-1, Koll Center Pleasanton, City <br />of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> The City Council directs the sale and delivery of the <br />bonds to the offeror in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />stated in the offer, and directs the City Manager to sign and the <br />City Clerk to attest the purchase contract for bonds attached <br />hereto. <br /> <br /> , · , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 5th day of January, 1988. <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes~ Butler ~ Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br /> <br /> JAMES R.
