ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1987-1 <br /> KOLL CENTER PLEASANTON <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br /> <br />A. The construction of a new street called Koll Center Parkway. <br /> Beginning at Valley Avenue at a point approximately 600' north <br /> of Bernal Avenue. Thence in a curvalinear alignment in a south <br /> westerly direction approximately 1100', in a northerly alignment <br /> approximately 1300' and in an easterly alignment approximately <br /> 1500' to Valley Avenue by means of clearing; grubbing; <br /> demolition; grading; ditching and the installation of pavement; <br /> baserock; medians; curb & gutter; sidewalks; driveways; <br /> landscaping; irrigation; street signs; pavement marking; a <br /> street light system with appurtenances; a domestic water system <br /> with appurtenances including fire hydrants and services; a storm <br /> drainage system and appurtenances; a sanitary sewer system and <br /> appurtenances; and an erosion control system. <br /> <br />B. The construction of a new street called Koll Center Drive <br /> beginning at Bernal Avenue at a point approximately 700' west of <br /> freeway 680 and extending approximately 300' northerly to Koll <br /> Center Parkway by means of clearing; grubbing; demolition; <br /> grading; ditching and the installation of pavement; baserock; <br /> medians; curb & gutter; sidewalks; landscaping including <br /> decorative entry walls; irrigation; street signs; pavement <br /> marking; a street light system with appurtenances; a domestic <br /> water system with appurtenances including fire hydrants and <br /> services; a storm drainage system and appurtenances; a sanitary <br /> sewer system and appurtenances; and an erosion control system. <br /> <br />C. The improvement of the south side of the Arroyo del Valle from <br /> Valley Avenue to freeway 680 by means of clearing; grubbing; <br /> grading; bank stabilization; and the installation of <br /> landscaping; irrigation; walkways; accessways; "street <br /> furniture"; and a storm drainage system and appurtenances. <br /> <br />D. The improvement of an area along the east side of the freeway <br /> 680 right-of-way and within the freeway 680 right-of-way from <br /> Bernal Avenue to the Arroyo del Valle by means of clearing; <br /> grubbing; grading; and the installation of landscaping; <br /> irrigation, a project identification sign; and walkways. <br /> <br />E. The installation of a system to convey gas and electricity and <br /> for telephone service together with their appurtenances within <br /> Public Utility Easements adjacent to Koll Center Parkway and <br /> Koll Center Drive. <br /> <br />F. The construction of a sanitary sewer system and its <br /> appurtenances extending from Koll Center Parkway approximately <br /> 600' west to existing sanitary systems along freeway 680 in two <br /> locations. <br /> <br /> EXH !
