RESOLUTION NO. 88-12 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br /> PATRICIA ASSOCIATES INC. AND KOLL BERNAL AVENUE ASSOCIATES <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1987-1 <br /> KOLL CENTER PLEASANTON <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />As a part of the proceedings for improvements in <br />Assessment District 1987-1, Koll Center Pleasanton, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, this Council approves that <br />certain agreement between the CITY OF PLEASANTON and PATRICIA <br />ASSOCIATES INC., a California corporation, and KOLL BERNAL AVENUE <br />ASSOCIATES, a California general partnership, as tenants-in-common, <br />dated January 5, 1988, and attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the City <br />Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> * , , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 5th day of January, 1988. <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, andMayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br /> <br /> JAMES R.
