CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-10 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE <br /> APPROXIMATELY 10.8 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE <br /> OF STANLEY BOULEVARD IMMEDIATELY WEST OF SHADOW CLIFFS <br /> REGIONAL PARK TO THE "CS" (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT <br /> (RZ-87-11) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 5, 1988, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an <br /> approximately 10.8 acre site located on the south side <br /> of Stanley Boulevard immediately west of Shadow Cliffs <br /> Regional Park to the "CS" (Commercial Service) District; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated November 18, 1987and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would <br /> not have any significant adverse effects on the <br /> environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately <br /> 10.8 acre site located on the south side of Stanley <br /> Boulevard immediately west of Shadow Cliffs Regional <br /> Park to the "CS" (Commercial Service) District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
