CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-10 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE APPROXIMATELY 10.8 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF STANLEY BOULEVARD IMMEDIATELY WEST OF SHADOW CLIFFS REGIONAL PARK TO THE "CS" (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT (RZ-87-11) WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 5, 1988, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 10.8 acre site located on the south side of Stanley Boulevard immediately west of Shadow Cliffs Regional Park to the "CS" (Commercial Service) District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated November 18, 1987and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 10.8 acre site located on the south side of Stanley Boulevard immediately west of Shadow Cliffs Regional Park to the "CS" (Commercial Service) District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
