CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-08 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL HAP FOR TRACT 5705, HACIENDA GARDENS <br /> CONDOMINIUMS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a final subdivision map for Tract 5705, Hacienda Gardens <br /> Condominiums, has been submitted and checked by the <br /> Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees and <br /> bonds received by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said map was reviewed by the City Council at its meeting <br /> of January 5, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the final map is consistent <br /> with the Pleasanton General Plan; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br /> Section 1: The final subdivision map for Tract 5705, Hacienda <br /> Gardens Condominiums, is hereby approved and accepted <br /> and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 5, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ' <br /> KEN OR <br /> <br />~James R."'Walker, ~ity Clerk' <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> A~ROVED S T~FORM' <br /> '~acDon~i ,'~ity'Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
