CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-06 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP, SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT AND <br /> IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 5820, VILLA ST. JOHN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract <br /> 5820, Villa St. John, have been submitted and checked by <br /> the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, <br /> bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City <br /> Council at its meeting of January 5, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the final map is consistent <br /> with the Pleasanton General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 5820 , Villa St. John, are hereby approved and <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5820 , Villa St. <br /> John, with S & S Enterprises, Inc., a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 5, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KE R. ~ERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Pe~f D.
