Delivered & Installed Uncartoned, inspected, cleaned and set in <br /> place by an authorized Steelcase dealer. <br /> <br />All prices include freight, delivery, and installation during normal ~Drking <br />burs. I __ <br /> <br />All prices stated are plus sales tax. <br /> <br />All merchandise will be invoiced upon delivery. A 1½% per month service <br />charge will be added for invoices unpaid after 30 days. If the custcmer <br />requests a delay in delivery, the merchandise will be invoiced upon receipt <br />in our warehouse. <br /> <br />All orders over $90,000 list are based on direct factory to job site delivery. <br />If the shipment is delayed by the custcmer, additioDal charges will be added <br />for the warehousing and double handling. <br /> <br />All discounts are based on price list 136-2. Steelcase has announced a price <br />increase of app~Dximately 1% effective January 22, 1988. For the purpose <br />of this project, we will hold the prices through January 31, 1988. For <br />future price increases, you will receive 30 day notification. <br /> <br />The seller agrees to accept cancellation of any order up to six (6) weeks <br />prior to the scheduled ship date at no charge. Special items and all <br />quickship orders (ExpressWays) are not subject to.cancellation.
