CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-04 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR BONDE RESERVOIR SITE FROM H. <br /> OGDEN LILLY AND ROSE CLAIRE LILLY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a deed from H. Ogden Lilly and <br /> Rose Claire Lilly to the City of Pleasanton, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, for purposes of the Bonde Reservoir site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 5, 1988, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Assistant City Attorney (SR <br /> 88:10) indicating that the acceptance of this deed is in <br /> the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from H. Ogden Lilly and Rose Claire <br /> Lilly to the City of Pleasanton for the Bonde Reservoir <br /> site is hereby accepted and the appropriate City <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 5, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ~ENN~TH R.
