Our <br /> original estimate of the total legal fees which would be <br /> required in connection with establishing the Pleasanton <br /> Project Area and adopting the Redevelopment Plan, however, <br /> did not take into account the significant time required to <br /> resolve the conflicts issues. <br /> <br /> To date, our billings related solely to the conflict <br /> of interest matter have been approximately $13,500. I believe <br /> an increase in the maximum compensation under our Agreement <br /> for Legal Services with the City by the amount of $10,000 <br /> will be adequate to cover our services in concluding the <br /> redevelopment plan adoption process. <br /> <br /> If you need additional information, please let me <br /> know. <br /> <br /> T.
