CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-294 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF PUBLIC STORAGE, INC. FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A WAREHOUSE COMPLEX ON 1.2 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF STANLEY BOULEVARD AND VAT~Y AVENUE (PUD-88-1) WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 21, 1988, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Public Storage, Inc. for development plan approval to construct a three- building, approximately 25,780 sq. ft. warehouse complex to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre intersection of n v a y Avenue (PUD-88-1); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 20, 1988 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Public Storage, Inc. for development plan approval to construct a three- building, approximately 25,780 sq. ft. warehouse complex to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre
