The City Council finds, based. on the <br />facts recited above, that the impacts of the Project relating <br />to hydrology and storm drainage do not constitute significant <br />adverse impacts. <br /> <br /> c. To the extent that hydrology and storm <br />drainage impacts could be significant, the City Council finds <br />that the four additional mitigation measures set forth on <br />page 67 of the DEIR and page 11 of the Final EIR will <br />substantially reduce the Project's impacts on hydrology and <br />storm drainage. The City Council further finds that said <br />mitigation measures shall become 'Conditions of Approval' to <br />the Project. <br /> <br /> d. To the extent that hydrology and storm <br />drainage impacts of the Project could be significant, the City <br />Council finds that the above-stated additional mitigation <br />measures, the construction of storm drainage in accordance with <br />mitigation measures 1 through 3 set forth on page 67 of the <br />DEIR and included in the Project, the other measures <br />incorporated into the Project, and the mitigation measures <br />which will be imposed in connection with future approvals <br />necessary for development of the Project site have mitigated or <br />will mitigate any impacts of the Project relating to hydrology <br />and storm drainage to a level of insignificance. <br /> <br /> 25 <br /> <br /> <br />
