CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-286 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CERTIFYING FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> IMPACT REPORT FOR TMI SPECIFIC PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton applied for adoption of <br /> plans and policies relating to the TMI Specific <br /> Plan Area, an approximately 155 acre site located <br /> generally east of Foothill Road, north of Bernal <br /> Avenue, and west of Interstate 680; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined that an Environmental Impact <br /> Report was necessary for this project and the EIR <br /> was prepared; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning <br /> Commission and the City Council wherein testimony <br /> was taken as to the completeness and adequacy of <br /> the Environmental Impact Report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City staff and the Planning Commission <br /> recommended that the EIR is complete and adequate <br /> and meets the requirements of CEQA and state and <br /> local guidelines; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council makes the findings set forth in <br /> Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Certifies that the City Council has read and <br /> considered the material contained in the <br /> Environmental Impact Report and found it to be <br /> complete, adequate and in compliance with the <br /> requirements of CEQA and state and local <br /> guidelines. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
