CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-285 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTIONMAKING GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br /> ~TX~CATIONS TO AMADOR V~T.T~Y SAVINGS <br /> AND LOAN FOR 1989 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 21, 1988, the City Council considered the <br /> report of its Growth Management Committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, fifty units of this project received growth <br /> management approval as a small project pursuant to <br /> growth management procedures in effect prior to <br /> August 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution 88-284, the full Council granted <br /> growth management approvals as to 78 additional <br /> units for the 1989 year and set aside 71 units for <br /> the thirteen acre parcel currently owned by the <br /> City of Pleasanton adjacent to the DSRSD Regional <br /> Sewer Treatment Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based upon the information presented in the report <br /> and in City Council's review of the proposed <br /> schedule of allocations, the City Council finds the <br /> projects and schedule of development are in <br /> furtherance of the public interest and in <br /> furtherance of the City's General Plan policies; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City hereby grants growth management approval <br /> to Amador Valley Savings and Loan for the remaining <br /> 13 lots in its project. <br /> <br />Section 2: In addition to development fees in effect at the <br /> time each building permit is issued, developers <br /> shall pay growth management fees of $750 per unit <br /> to offset the cumulative cost of capital facilities <br /> made necessary by ongoing residential development. <br /> <br />Section 3: Effect of Approval. <br /> <br /> a. The effect of these growth management <br /> approvals shall be to authorize development, <br /> building and occupancy of the approved units <br /> and provide for the lapsing of approvals in <br /> accordance with Chapter 17.36 of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code as worded on the <br /> effective date of Ordinance 1336 (attached <br /> <br /> <br />
