CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-285 A RESOLUTIONMAKING GROWTH MANAGEMENT ~TX~CATIONS TO AMADOR V~T.T~Y SAVINGS AND LOAN FOR 1989 WHEREAS, on June 21, 1988, the City Council considered the report of its Growth Management Committee; and WHEREAS, fifty units of this project received growth management approval as a small project pursuant to growth management procedures in effect prior to August 1987; and WHEREAS, by Resolution 88-284, the full Council granted growth management approvals as to 78 additional units for the 1989 year and set aside 71 units for the thirteen acre parcel currently owned by the City of Pleasanton adjacent to the DSRSD Regional Sewer Treatment Plan; and WHEREAS, based upon the information presented in the report and in City Council's review of the proposed schedule of allocations, the City Council finds the projects and schedule of development are in furtherance of the public interest and in furtherance of the City's General Plan policies; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City hereby grants growth management approval to Amador Valley Savings and Loan for the remaining 13 lots in its project. Section 2: In addition to development fees in effect at the time each building permit is issued, developers shall pay growth management fees of $750 per unit to offset the cumulative cost of capital facilities made necessary by ongoing residential development. Section 3: Effect of Approval. a. The effect of these growth management approvals shall be to authorize development, building and occupancy of the approved units and provide for the lapsing of approvals in accordance with Chapter 17.36 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code as worded on the effective date of Ordinance 1336 (attached
