CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-277 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE STONERIDGE <br /> DRIVE/I-680 INTERCHANGE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Caltrans is presently widening 1-680 through <br /> Pleasanton and the excavation from the widening <br /> project will be placed as embankment for the <br /> Stoneridge interchange; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the determination that the project is under <br /> construction will allow the interchange to be <br /> included in future intersection capacity analysis <br /> in determining the traffic impacts of proposed <br /> development projects; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council makes the determination that the <br /> Stoneridge Interchange is "under construction" upon <br /> the commencement of the construction of embankment <br /> fills. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 21, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />Peter'D.
