Attachment A
PUD-81-22-1M-1D
June 7, 1988

1.. That the development be substantially as shown on the plans,
Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department.

2. That the development must adhere to all conditions of
approval imposed on Case PUD-81-22.

5. That the final design of any furniture to be utilized in the
outdoor patio area be submitted for final review and approval
of the Planning Director prior to issuance of any building
permits.

6. That the "Hearthland Pot Pies" sign be eliminated from the
front elevation.

7. That the on-site circulation plan be revised to insure
adherence to the City's minimum turning radii which ensures
adequate emergency vehicle access.
