CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-232 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR PT~ASANTON THEATER <br /> PROJECT (AMADOR THEATER) AND APPROVING <br /> CONTRACT WIT~ CH2M HIIJ. FOR CONSTRUCTION <br /> MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CATlING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 88:235), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> the Pleasanton Theater (Amador Theater), and that <br /> said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 17, 1988, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: ' <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Pleasanton Theater (Amador Theater). <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and CH2M Hill for <br /> construction management services on this project, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 4: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
