CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-231 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 36 TO LOCAL <br /> AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 FOR FEDERAL AID <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves program supplement No. 36 <br /> to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal <br /> Aid Improvements, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 17, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~~~~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
