CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-209 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CHANGING THE STREET NAME OF <br /> VIA DE LOS MILAGROS WEST OF V~L~Y AVENUE <br /> TO PASEO SANTA CRUZ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 3, 1988, Council reviewed the <br /> report of the Director of Planning and Community <br /> Development (SR 88:203) regarding the advisability <br /> of changing the street'name of Via de los Milagros <br /> west of Valley Avenue to Paseo Santa Cruz; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council hereby renames the existing portion of <br /> the public street known as Via de los Milagros west <br /> of Valley Avenue to Paseo Santa Cruz. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 3, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~~ <br />ATTEST: KE~NfTH R.
