CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-184 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR <br /> FIFTH ANNUAL SOCCER CITY RUN ON MAY 22, <br /> 1988 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meting of May 3, 1988, the City Council <br /> received a report (SR 88:183) from the Assistant <br /> City Manager regarding an application from the <br /> Pleasanton Girls' Soccer Association for a permit <br /> to hold the Fifth Annual Soccer City run on May 22, <br /> 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the City Council approve <br /> the application; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of the Pleasanton Girls' <br /> Soccer Association for a permit to hold the Fifth <br /> Annual Soccer City Run, on May 22, 1988, to be held <br /> in the City of Pleasanton as more particularly <br /> delineated in the report of the Assistant City <br /> Manager (SR 88:183), subject to all conditions set <br /> forth in the staff report. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City budget for fiscal year 1987-88 is <br /> amended to include the costs incurred by the City <br /> in assisting with this event. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
