CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-460 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS FOR STREET <br /> RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR EQUESTRIAN DRIVE, <br /> CAMERON AVENUE, NICHOLE AVENUE, COURTNEY <br /> AVENUE, AND DIABLO COURT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of various deed to the City <br /> of Pleasanton, copies of which are attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference, for <br /> purposes of street rights-of-way for Equestrian <br /> Drive, Cameron' Avenue, Nichole Avenue, Courtney <br /> Avenue and Diablo Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 4, 1988, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Assistant City Attorney <br /> (SR 88:459) indicating that the acceptance of these <br /> deeds is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The deeds to the City of Pleasanton for <br /> street rights-of-way for Equestrian Drive, Cameron <br /> Avenue, Nichole Avenue, Courtney Avenue and Diablo <br /> Court are hereby accepted and the appropriate City <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 4, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None E~ERCER~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: KE <br /> <br />· Walker, City Clerk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
