CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-459 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF A <br /> DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> DENYING CASE PUD-88-9, APPLICATION OF <br /> LAKESHORE FINANCIAL FOR REZONING AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN OFFICE <br /> BUILDING AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS ON <br /> APPROXIMATELY 1.2 ACRES LOCATED AT THE <br /> SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF <br /> OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD AND FOOTHILL ROAD <br /> (AP-88-18) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lakeshore Financial applied for approval for <br /> Planned Unit Development rezoning and development <br /> plan approval for a three-story, approximately <br /> 15,500 sq. ft. office building and related <br /> improvements to be located on an approximately 1.2 <br /> acre site located at the southwest corner of the <br /> intersection of Old Dublin Canyon Road and Foothill <br /> Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission denied the application <br /> after a public hearing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code, the applicant submitted an appeal <br /> to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the <br /> City Council on September 20, 1988 at which time <br /> all pertinent testimony and documents were <br /> reviewed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council denies the appeal of Lakeshore <br /> Financial (AP-88-18) and therefore upholds the <br /> Planning Commission denial of the application of <br /> Lakeshore Financial for approval of Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning and development plan approval <br /> for a three-story, approximately 15,500 sq. ft. <br /> office building and related improvements to be <br /> located on an approximately 1.2 acre site located <br /> at the southwest corner of the intersection of 01d <br /> Dublin Canyon Road and Foothill Road. <br /> <br /> <br />
