CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-458 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br /> DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF <br /> LAKES~ORE FINANCIAL FORREZONINGAND <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A THREE- <br /> STORY OFFICE BUILDING ON APPROXIMATELY <br /> 1.2 ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER <br /> OF THE INTERSECTION OF OLD DUBLIN CANYON <br /> ROAD AND FOOTl{IT.T. ROAD (PUD-88-9) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 20, 1988, the City <br /> Council received a proposed negative declaration <br /> for the application of Lakeshore Financial for <br /> Planned Unit Development rezoning and development <br /> plan approval for a three-story, approximately <br /> 15,500 sq. ft. office building and related <br /> improvements to be located on an approximately 1.2 <br /> acre site located at the southwest corner of the <br /> intersection of Old Dublin Canyon Road and Foothill <br /> Road (PUD-88-9); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the <br /> Initial Study dated June 1, 1988 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning <br /> Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br /> time the public was given the opportunity'to <br /> comment on the environmental impacts of the <br /> proposed rezoning and development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential <br /> impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br /> local guidelines governing the preparation of <br /> Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br /> Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed <br /> rezoning and development plan would not have any <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br /> the application of Lakeshore Financial for Planned <br /> Unit Development rezoning and development plan <br /> approval for a three-story, approximately 15,500 <br /> sq. ft. office building and related improvements to <br /> <br /> <br />
