thereof, or create a safety hazard, lessee shall, on notice <br /> from Lessor to that effect, promptly remove the alteration or <br /> attachment and restore the equipment to its normal use. <br /> <br /> Section IX <br /> TRANSPORTATION EXPENSE <br /> <br /> Except as hereinafter provided, all transportation, <br /> rigging, and drayage charges and transporting the equipment <br /> shall be paid by Lessee. <br /> <br /> Section X <br /> TITLE TO EQUIPMENT <br /> <br /> The equipment shall remain the property of Lessor and <br />may be removed by Lessor at any time after termination of <br />this lease. <br /> <br /> Section XI <br /> NOTICE <br /> <br /> Any notice or other communication given hereunder shall <br />be in writing and mailed, if to Lessor, to: <br /> <br /> City Manager <br /> 123 Main Street <br /> P.
