CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-436 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF PUBLIC <br /> STORAGE, INC. OF A DECISION OF THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING DEVELOPMRNT <br /> PLAN APPROVAL OF A BUSINESS PARK ON A <br /> FOUR ACRE SITE AT THE NORT~R. AST CORNER OF <br /> THE INTERSECTION OF STANLEY BOULEVARD AND <br /> VAI~2Y AVENUE (AP-88-19/PUD-88-2) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 10, 1988, the Planning <br /> Commission denied Case PUD-88-2, the application of <br /> Public Storage, Inc. for development plan approval <br /> to construct a four-building, approximately 60,000 <br /> sq. ft. business park complex to be located on an <br /> approximately four acre site located at the <br /> northeast corner of the intersection of Stanley <br /> Boulevard and Valley Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to the City Council by <br /> Public Storage, Inc.; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the <br /> City Council on September 6, 1988 at which time all <br /> pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council denies the appeal of Public <br /> Storage to a decision of the Planning Commission <br /> denying their application for development plan <br /> approval of a four-building, approximately 60,000 <br /> sq. ft. business park complex to be located on an <br /> approximately four acre site located at the <br /> northeast corner of the intersection of Stanley <br /> Boulevard and Valley Avenue (AP-88-19/PUD-88-2). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
