CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-434 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> CAT~AHAN PROPERTY COMPANY FOR DESIGN <br /> APPROVAL FORANOFFICE/LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> BUILDING LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF <br /> WILLOW ROAD OPPOSITE THE INTERSECTION OF <br /> BAKER DRIVE AND WILLOW ROAD <br /> (PUD-85-8-3D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Callahan Property Company has applied for design <br /> approval for construction of a two-story, <br /> approximately 56,000 sq. ft. building for <br /> office/light industrial uses to be located on an <br /> approximately 7.8 acre site located on the west <br /> side of Willow Road opposite the intersection of <br /> Baker Dive and Willow Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-85-8) <br /> including the typical architectural and site <br /> designs for individual lots, and there are no <br /> changed circumstances or new information requiring <br /> additional environmental review; therefore, this <br /> application does not constitute a new project under <br /> CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany <br /> this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 6, 1988 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br /> including its design, cumulative impact, <br /> consistency with PUD-85-8 and the General Plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-85-8 as well as the City's <br /> General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Callahan Property <br /> Company for design approval for construction of a <br /> two-story, approximately 56,000 sq. ft. building <br /> for office/light industrial uses to be located on <br /> an approximately 7.8 acre site located on the west <br /> side of Willow Road opposite the intersection of <br /> Baker Drive and Willow Road, subject to the <br /> conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
