CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-413 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF <br /> CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND NATIVE SONS OF <br /> THE GOLDEN WEST FOR A PARADE PERMIT FOR <br /> THE ANNUAL PrRRITAGE DAYS PARADE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 6, 19088, the City <br /> Council received a report (SR 88:406) from the <br /> Assistant City Manager regarding an application <br /> from the Chamber of Commerce and the Native Sons of <br /> the Golden West for a permit to hold the annual <br /> Heritage Days Parade on September 10, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the City Council approve <br /> the application; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of the Chamber of <br /> Commerce and the Native Sons of the Golden West for <br /> a permit to hold the annual Heritage Days parade on <br /> Saturday, September 10, 1988, to be held in the <br /> City of Pleasanton as more particularly delineated <br /> in the report of the Assistant City Manager (SR <br /> 88:406), subject to all conditions set forth in <br /> that report. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City budget for fiscal year 1988-89 is <br /> amended in an amount equal to City employee <br /> overtime charges associated with providing City <br /> barricades along the parade route and Police <br /> Department traffic control services. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
