CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-406 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF FREDERICK J. MARTIN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 9, 1988, the City of Pleasanton received <br /> a claim filed on behalf of Frederick J. Martin for <br /> damages incurred on April 5, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 6, 1988, the City Council reviewed the <br /> claim and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The claim of Frederick J. Martin is hereby <br /> denied. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 6, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None HR~.ME~~,Z~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENN RCER, MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />~James R.
