CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-399 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF THOMAS <br /> BLACK TO A DECISION OF THE PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION DENYING A MAJOR MODIFICATION <br /> TO AN APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO MODIFY <br /> THE PERMITTED BUILDING ENVELOPE FOR A <br /> PARCEL LOCATED AT 4 RED FEATHER COURT <br /> (AP-88-17) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 13, 1988, the Planning <br /> Commission denied the application of Thomas Black <br /> for a major modification to an approved development <br /> plan for a residential subdivision to modify the <br /> permitted building envelope for an existing parcel <br /> located at 4 Red Feather Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to the City Council by Mr. <br /> Black; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council <br /> on August 16, 1988 at which time all pertinent <br /> testimony and documents were reviewed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council denies the appeal of Thomas <br /> and Randie Black and therefore upholds the Planning <br /> Commission decision denying Case PUD-82-10-SM, the <br /> application of Thomas Black for a major <br /> modification to an approved development plan for a <br /> residential subdivision to modify the permitted <br /> building envelope for an existing parcel located at <br /> 4 Red Feather Court. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
