City within thirty (30) days from the date of <br /> invoice. <br /> <br /> b. If and when it becomes necessary to obtain an Order <br /> of Immediate Possession, Developer will advance the <br /> required deposit.to the City for deposit in the <br /> State Condemnation Deposits Fund. City will remit <br /> any interest received from the State Condemnation <br /> Deposits Fund minus an administrative fee of $25.00 <br /> per transaction. <br /> <br /> c. Developer will pay the City an amount equal to the <br /> Judgment in condemnation prior to City paying such <br /> Judgment. <br /> <br />5. M~naqement of LitiGation <br /> <br /> The City Attorney shall control and supervise the action <br /> in eminent domain. The City Attorney may, in his <br /> discretion, select outside counsel to pursue this <br /> action.
