PUD-99-14M
EXHIBIT D
Commissioner Blank supported Commissioner Arkin's statement that the City be very careful
with the view lines and that it would be preferable that the City err on the side of caution by
leaving them open. The applicant may install a solid fence where the dotted line is and correct
the privacy issues; then it may be possible to determine any further solid fencing.
Commissioner Fox proposed an amendment that staff ensure that the landscaping plan
does not obscure the view.
Commissioner Blank suggested that the Planning Commission evaluate the fencing issue after
the impact of closing off the first phase of fencing has been determined.
ROLL CALL VOTE:
AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Fox, Maas and Roberts.
NOES: Commissioner Blank
ABSTAIN: None.
RECUSED: None.
ABSENT: None.
Resolution No. PC-2005-16 was entered and adopted as motioned.
EXCERPTS: PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES, Apri127, 2005 Page 3 of 3
