In conclusion, she noted she would support approval of the <br />application. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Maas, seconded by Chairperson Roberts, finding <br />that the project would not have a significant effect on the environment; approving the <br />attached draft Negative Declaration; making the PUD findings be made for the proposed <br />development plan as listed in the staff report; and, recommending approval of Case <br />PUD-99-O1, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B," including deletion of Condition <br />No. 88, preservation of Condition No. 89, and modifications to Condition No. 139.
