The existing solid fencing at 4526 River Rock Hill Road to remain; and <br />2. The Zoning Administrator to review future solid fencing requests through <br />the Administrative Design Review process. <br />The fence is a standard good neighbor redwood privacy fence. The fence is <br />approximately six feet in height and includes a top cap and kick board. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On August 8, 2007, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed project. By a <br />5 to 0 vote, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the project, subject to <br />the conditions shown in Exhibit B of Attachment 1. Staff and the applicants agree that <br />these conditions are appropriate. As of the writing of this report, no public opposition to <br />this project has been expressed.
