Preparation of Construction Bid Documents <br /> <br /> Preparation of working drawings, technical specifications, and cost <br /> estimate in City of Pleasanton standard format. Construction documents <br /> shall be based upon approved masterplan. Includes coordination of <br /> Electrical Engineering Subconsultant as needed. <br /> <br /> 2. Bidding (Optional Service) <br /> <br /> a. Consultant will field all questions related to the bidding, issue <br /> addendums, or provide other clarification as necessary for the <br /> bidding process. <br /> <br /> b. Attendance at City staff coordination meetings as necessary for pro- <br /> ject completion. <br /> <br /> c. Coordination with miscellaneous regulatory agencies and City Plan <br /> Check Departments. <br /> <br /> 3. Construction Observation (Optional Service) <br /> <br /> a. Consultant makes three (3) visits to the site during construction to <br /> ascertain if the landscape work is generally proceeding in confor- <br /> mance with the drawings and specifications. <br /> <br /> b. On the basis of such on site observations, the consultant shall keep <br /> the City of Pleasanton informed of the progress and quality of the <br /> work by way of periodic correspondence. <br /> <br /> c. Consultant prepares punchlist prior to Contractor's completion of <br /> the work. <br /> <br />C. REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br /> 1. Statements for reimbursable expenses shall be sent only as these costs <br /> are incurred. Consequently, these will be billed against a not to <br /> exceed allowance of $800.00. <br /> <br /> 2. Reimbursable expenses are in addition to the compensation for services <br /> and include actual expenditures made by the employees and consultants of <br /> Singer & Hodges, Inc. in the interest of the project for the expenses <br /> listed in the following subparagraphs. <br /> <br /> <br />
