(i) Effects of Mitigation. <br />Previously undiscovered human remains may be disturbed in the course of project <br />development subsequent to the adoption of the proposed project. In the event that <br />human remains, or possible human remains, are uncovered during grading, all grading <br />activities shall immediately cease and the City, county coroner, and the Native <br />American Heritage Commission shall be immediately notified. The project developer or <br />lot specific developer is required to implement the measures defined under §7050.5(b) <br />of the California Health and Safety Code, §5097.98 and §5097.99 of the Public <br />Resources Code, and §15064.5(e) of the California Environmental Quality Act). These <br />code sections set forth the requirements for protection and ultimate disposal of such <br />human remains. This condition shall apply to the overall development and the <br />subsequent lot developments. The potential impacts on previously undiscovered <br />human remains will be mitigated to less than significant levels through the <br />implementation of Mitigation Measure E2 and the code sections referenced herein. <br />(ii) Remaining Impacts. <br />Any remaining impacts related to previously undiscovered human remains will be less <br />than significant. <br />Geology, Soils and Seismicity <br />13. Seismic shaking (pp. 146/148 and 363/364; Condition 64-66 of PUD-33; MMIP <br />F1). <br />a. Potentiallmpact. <br />Seismically-induced ground shaking could cause injuries and/or fatalities and structural <br />and non-structural damage to buildings. <br />b. Mitigation Measures. <br />he following mitigation measures are hereby adopted and will be implemented as <br />provided for in the Mitigation Monitoring and Implementation Program: <br />• Implement Oak Grove Planned Unit Development (PUD-33) Mitigation Measure <br />F1. <br />c.
