<br />An analysis of these lots follows:
<br />• It is estimated that the proposed floor areas for the Oak Grove lots would yield an
<br />average building floor area of 9,175 square feet.
<br />Based upon the previous table, the maximum building area for the Oak Grove
<br />lots would distributed as follows:
<br />o Three (3) lots - 5.9 percent -would allow between 6,058 square feet to 6,742
<br />square feet of building area.
<br />o Three (3) lots - 5.9 percent -would allow between 7,408 square feet and
<br />7,952 square feet of building area.
<br />o Twenty-three (23) lots - 45.1 percent -would allow between 8,003 square
<br />feet and 8,840 square feet of building area.
<br />o Twelve (12) lots - 23.5 percent -would allow between 9,020 square feet and
<br />9,897 square feet of building area.
<br />o Two (2) lots - 3.9 percent -would allow 11,243 square feet and 11,496
<br />square feet of building area.
