Other Adjustments: Less significant adjustments include consolidation of the <br />Hazardous Materials and Fire Inspector classifications, and minor adjustments to <br />specialized pay, for individuals requiring special qualifications (eg. paramedics, <br />preceptors, and/or advanced education certifications). <br />The parties met formally during the months of May and June to develop the tentative <br />agreement. The Local ratified the tentative agreement in early July. The JPA Board <br />and the Livermore City Council approved the tentative agreement in July also. The final <br />step in the process is to present the proposed contract to the Pleasanton City Council <br />for approval.
