CLOSED SESSION <br />• Pursuant to Government Code §54956.8-Conference with Real Property <br />Negotiator: <br />Pro a :Acquisition of the Alameda County Transportation Corridor <br />Agency negotiator: Nelson Fialho <br />Negotiating parties: County of Alameda <br />Under negotiation: Price, terms of payment, or both concerning the purchase and <br />acquisition of the Alameda County Transportation Corridor between Bernal Avenue <br />and Stanley Boulevard <br />• Pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(b}-Conference with Legal Counsel, <br />Potential Litigation: Granite Construction Company, CEMEX, and Alameda County <br />concerning Granite Construction's asphalt plant on property owned by CEMEX in the <br />unincorporated area of Alameda County <br />5.
