PC-2007-32 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF NICK KAVAYIOTIDIS, PETRA REALTY INVESTORS, <br />INC., AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-65 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nick Kavayiotidis, Petra Realty Investors, Inc., has applied for Planned <br />Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval to construct a <br />21,795-square-foot two-story office building at 5980 and 5998 Sunol <br />Boulevard and to rezone the property at 5998 Sunol Boulevard from the O <br />(Office) District to the PUD-O (Planned Unit Development – Office) <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received and reviewed the Initial Study, dated <br />June 5, 2007 and received the recommendation of staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 27, 2007, the Planning Commission received a <br />proposed Negative Declaration for Case PUD-65; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental <br />impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable State and local guidelines governing the <br />preparation of Negative Declarations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on the site’s wildlife. <br /> <br /> <br />
