PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY. CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO PC-2007-30 <br />A RESOLUTION FINDING THE PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEARS 2007-2008 THROUGH 2010-2011 <br />CONSISTENT WITH THE PLEASANTON GENERAL PLAN <br />WHEREAS, one of the duties of the Planning Commission is to investigate and make <br />recommendations to the City Council regarding the means of implementing the <br />General Plan so that it will serve as an effective guide for the efficient <br />expenditure of public funds relating to the subjects addressed in the General <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly-noticed public hearing of June 13, 2007, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of City <br />staff concerning the proposed Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years <br />2007-2008 through 2010-2011. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1.
