53. Except otherwise approved by the Fire Marshall, the home shall be equipped <br />with an automatic residential fire suppression system and may be required to <br />provide an on-site water storage tank and water pressure booster pump to the <br />satisfaction of the Chief Building Official and Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />54. The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of <br />construction until the final inspection. <br /> <br />55. The applicants shall post address numerals on the buildings so as to be plainly <br />visible from the adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />56. The project developer follow the tree trimming/pruning guidelines specified in the <br />Wildland Fuel Management Plan, prepared by Wildland Resources Management, <br />Inc. on file in the Planning Department. <br /> <br />Engineering Requirements: <br /> <br />57. The project developer shall provide a revised grading and drainage indicating the <br />relocation of the storm drain system. This revised plan shall be reviewed and <br />approved by ENGEO, Inc., geotechnical peer reviewer for the proposed <br />development, and is subject to the acceptance by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />58. The project developer shall arrange and pay for the geotechnical consultant to <br />inspect and approval all foundation, retaining, wall and drainage geotechnical <br />aspects of project constructions. The consultant shall be present on site during <br />grading and excavation operations. The results of the inspections and the as- <br />built conditions of the project shall be certified in writing by the geotechnical <br />consultant for conformance to the approved plans and geotechnical report and <br />submitted to the City Engineer and Planning Director for review prior to <br />occupancy. <br /> <br />59. Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, roof leaders shall not be <br />connected directly to the street gutter or storm drain system. The applicant’s <br />soil’s engineer may submit recommendations to the City Engineer for <br />consideration on the matter. <br /> <br />60. The developer shall install subdrains at the perimeter of all building foundations <br />and at the back of curb of the street. Said drains shall be connected to the street <br />storm, unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />61. All utility boxes and transformers for this project shall be installed underground. <br />All capacitor banks or switches for the project may be installed above ground if <br />properly screened to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. All utilities shall be <br />installed in conduit. <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />
