<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2007-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION OF DEREK AND LINDA BARRAGAN <br />FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AS FILED UNDER CASE PCUP-191 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Derek and Linda Barragan have applied for a conditional use permit to <br />park an approximately 12-foot high, 32-foot long fifth wheel in the side <br />yard setback area of the existing residence located at 1971 Brooktree <br />Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6,500 (Single-Family Residential) District; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of May 23, 2007, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this project is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to <br />California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, Section 15301, Existing <br />Facilities, Class 1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the findings could not be made <br />for a conditional use permit to park an approximately 12-foot high, 32-foot <br />long fifth wheel in the side yard setback area of the existing residence <br />located at 1971 Brooktree Way. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Denies Case PCUP-191, the application of Derek and Linda Barragan for <br />conditional use permit to park an approximately 12-foot high, 32-foot long <br />fifth wheel in the side yard setback area of the existing residence located <br />at 1971 Brooktree Way. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
