9. The applicants shall obtain a building permit prior to commencement of any work, if <br />required, and shall comply with all local codes, ordinances, and/or regulations including <br />Building and Fire code requirements. <br />10. No changes to the exterior of the buildings shall be made without prior approval from the <br />Planning Department. <br />11. The applicants shall obtain a City business license prior to operation. <br />12. Within forty-five (45) days from the date that this approval becomes effective, the <br />applicant shall provide a Hazardous Material Management Plan to the Fire Marshall for his <br />review and approval. <br />{end} <br />2 <br />
