61. An unpaved but maintained pedestrian pathway shall be provided along the easterly <br />property line between the parking lot and the adjoining property. This pathway is to <br />serve foot traffic from Golden Road to the education building. The applicant shall depict <br />the specific location on the site plan, and is subject to the review and approval of the <br />Planning Director prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />62. The applicant shall apply for a temporary conditional use permit to allow the existing <br />modular building to remain on the site for the on-going preschool program. The <br />temporary use permit shall expire when the construction of the education building is <br />completed and the certificate of occupancy is issued.
