All that certain real property situate in the City of <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, and being <br />a portion of Washington Street and a portion of Parcel "D", <br />as said street and parcel are shown on the Map of Tract 4401, <br />filed October 9, 1980, in the office of the Recorder of <br />Alameda County in Book 122 of Maps, at pages 30 through 33, <br />inclusive, and being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of Washington Street, <br />being also the northeast corner of Lot 11, as said street and <br />lot are shown on said map, and running thence westerly from <br />said Point of Beginning, along the southeastern line of said <br />Washington Street along the arc of a curve concave to the <br />southeast, having a radius of 4,560.74 feet, from a tangent <br />bearing South 74~02'18'' West, through an angle of 2~48'51'' an <br />arc distance of 224.01 feet to a point of compound curve, and <br />thence along the arc of a curve concave to the southeast, <br />having a radius of 40.00 feet and tangent to the preceding <br />course, through an angle of 90~54'45'' an arc distance of <br />63.47 feet to a point on the northeastern line of Wyoming <br />Street, as said street is shown on said map; thence along the <br />northwestern prolongation of said northeastern line of <br />Wyoming Street, North 19~41'18'' West, 88.46 feet to the <br />intersection thereof with the northwestern line of said <br />Parcel "D"; thence easterly along said northwestern line, <br />along the arc of a curve concave to the southeast, having a <br />radius of 4,608.74 feet, from a tangent bearing <br />North 70~42'34'' East, through an angle of 3~19'44'' an arc <br />distance of 267.76 feet to the northeastern corner of said <br />Parcel "D"; thence South 15257'42'' East, 48.00 feet to the <br />Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />Containing an area of 13,131.50~ square feet (0.30± acres). <br /> <br /> Reserving lack of abutter's rights to and from Stanley <br />Boulevard and also reserving therefrom a public service <br />easement over the entire above described parcel for public <br />utilities. <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> <br />
