CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-352 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION OF BAS <br /> HOMES FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO ALLOW <br /> SIX FOOT FENCES TO BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN <br /> SEVEN FEET OF THE PROPERTY LINE ON THE <br /> STREET SIDE OF CORNER LOTS IN TRACT 5445 <br /> (PUD-83-12-5M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, bas Homes has applied for a major modification to <br /> an approved development plan for an existing <br /> residential project to allow six foot fences to be <br /> constructed within seven feet of the property line <br /> on the street side of corner lots located on lots <br /> 7, 11, 14 15, and 19 of Tract 5445 on Martin avenue <br /> (PUD-S3-12-5M); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the project <br /> and made its recommendation to the Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 19, <br /> 1988, at which time the applicant and members of <br /> the public presented testimony and documents <br /> regarding the application; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies the application of bas Homes for a major <br /> modification to an approved development plan for an <br /> existing residential project to allow six foot <br /> fences to be constructed within seven feet of the <br /> property line on the street side of corner lots <br /> located on lots 7, 11, 14 15, and 19 of Tract 5445 <br /> on Martin avenue (PUD-83-12-5M) <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
