CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-350 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SAMMIS COMPANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A MIXED OFFICE AND RETAIL COMPLEX ON 13.1 ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HOPYARDROADAND STONERIDGE DRIVE (PUD-81-30-43D) WHEREAS, Sammis Company has applied for design approval for an approximately 131,900 sq. ft. mixed office and retail complex to be located on an approximately 13.1 acre site located at the southeast corner of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 19, 1988 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Sammis Company for design approval for construction of an approximately 131,900 sq. ft. mixed office and retail complex on an approximately 13.1 acre site located at the southeast corner of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. ' Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
