CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-350 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> SAMMIS COMPANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR <br /> A MIXED OFFICE AND RETAIL COMPLEX ON 13.1 <br /> ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF <br /> HOPYARDROADAND STONERIDGE DRIVE <br /> (PUD-81-30-43D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sammis Company has applied for design approval for <br /> an approximately 131,900 sq. ft. mixed office and <br /> retail complex to be located on an approximately <br /> 13.1 acre site located at the southeast corner of <br /> Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br /> including the typical architectural and site <br /> designs for individual lots, and there are no <br /> changed circumstances or new information requiring <br /> additional environmental review; therefore, this <br /> application does not constitute a new project under <br /> CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany <br /> this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 19, 1988 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br /> including its design, cumulative impact, <br /> consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's <br /> General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Sammis Company for <br /> design approval for construction of an <br /> approximately 131,900 sq. ft. mixed office and <br /> retail complex on an approximately 13.1 acre site <br /> located at the southeast corner of Hopyard Road and <br /> Stoneridge Drive, subject to the conditions listed <br /> in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. ' <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
