RESOLUTION NO. 88-345 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENT IN <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1988-1 <br /> OLD SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This Council intends tq order the following improvement <br />under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: <br /> <br /> The acquisition of street and utility improvements, and <br /> portions of rights-of-way required for the <br /> improvements, including grading, paving, curbs <br /> and gutters, landscaping, domestic water main, <br /> services and hydrants, storm drains, sanitary <br /> sewer mains, underground electrical, gas and <br /> telephone utilities and relocating utilities on <br /> Old Santa Rita Road from Santa Rita Road <br /> northerly to Interstate Route 580; including the <br /> intersection of Rosewood Drive at Old Santa Rita <br /> Road. <br /> <br /> This Council finds that the land specially benefited by <br />the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, <br />"Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District No. 1988-1, Old Santa <br />Rita Road, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California." This <br />map has been approved by the City Council and is now on file with <br />the City Clerk. The land within the exterior boundaries shown on <br />the map shall be designated Assessment District No. 1988-1, Old <br />Santa Rita Road, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> This Council intends to levy a special assessment upon the <br />land within the described district in accordance with the special <br />benefit to be received by each parcel of land, respectively, from <br />the improvement. There shall be omitted from special assessment all <br />public streets, alleys and places and all land belonging to the <br />United States, the State of California, the County of Alameda and <br /> <br /> <br />
